Mindset in the Mist (Not Midst) of craziness!

Updated: Sep 28, 2020

Now is a crazy time that we're living in! We've got COVID trying to kill everyone, BLM protest's and fake BLM setting people up! The world is in shambles right now and because of it all mental illness is surging! I have Anxiety from the Military, but I've got it under control for the most part. It can be a very rough time for a person's mindset! Are we living in the "End-Time" or is this something that we're just going through? So many questions, but I believe what it comes down to is your mindset!

It seems that a lot of people are stressed out now due to everything that's going on, and rightfully so! America is in a mental health crisis now, according to "The Washington Post." Anxiety and depression have risen and are taking over the nation one state at a time! It's easy to get distracted regarding your goals and aspirations, but I'm here to tell you that you have to push through it!

Our mindset is a potent asset, and we need to learn how to use it to our advantage! I don't have time to sit in the house all day and cry my eyes out because of COVID. Yes, I believe it's real, yes I believe it has impacted millions around the globe, yes I think it might be a sign of what some call the end of times but guess what! I also think this too shall pass! We have to stop living in fear!

All my life, I've had to fight for what I wanted! Growing up in Seat Pleasant, MD, that's literally what I did all the time until one day I asked myself why? Why am I living like this? Why don't I have any money, why don't I have a car, why why why! I sat down one day and answered those questions, and to my dismay, the answer was quite obvious, it was me! Don't get me wrong by thinking I'm comparing COVID to struggling because I'm not. I'm trying to get you to see something; how you handle what life throws at you is critical!

I just needed to get that off my chest! I want all of you to continue living a great life! Be safe, wash your hand's and watch out for your loved ones!

#Nevergiveup

#NeverSurrender

I know wearing a mask stinks, but it's one of the best way to stay safe! You and your loved one's should be masked up!
